Military Career Guide

The Military Career was introduced in The Sims 4 Strangerville. Your Sim can join the armed forces and work their way through the ranks while helping investigate the mystery surrounding the town.

At higher levels, Sims can choose between two career paths: Covert Operator or Officer, each focusing on different skills and tasks.

How to Join the Military Career

To start the career:

Use your Sim’s phone or computer
Select Find a Job
Choose Military

Once hired, your Sim can either go to work normally or complete Work From Home tasks.

At level 5, the career splits into two branches:

Increase Fitness skill early to complete physical tasks more easily.

Improve Logic skill for higher-level promotions.

Charisma becomes important if choosing the Officer branch.
