How to Build the Fitness Skill

Your Sim can build the Fitness skill by:

  • Clicking themselves and choosing Jog (budget-friendly and skill-boosting!)
  • Visiting public gyms for free use of machines
  • Buying home equipment like treadmills, punching bags, and weight machines
  • Using spas or community lots with fitness amenities

As they level up, your Sim will unlock:

  • Faster, more efficient workouts
  • New social interactions
  • Additional workout types on machines
