Your Sim can build the Fitness skill by:

  • 🏃 Clicking themselves and choosing Jog (budget-friendly and skill-boosting!)
  • 🏋️ Visiting public gyms for free use of machines
  • 🛍️ Buying home equipment like treadmills, punching bags, and weight machines
  • 🧖‍♂️ Using spas or community lots with fitness amenities

As they level up, your Sim will unlock:
