Werewolves don’t gain traditional skills — instead, they progress through ranks and unlock abilities via an Ability Tree. Each rank provides Ability Points, which can be spent to unlock powers, transformations, and unique werewolf gameplay features. You will need the Werewolves game pack.
Werewolf Ranks
| Rank | Description |
|---|---|
| Pup | Newly turned or born werewolf. Limited powers and strong uncontrollable urges. |
| Runt | Gaining control — can unlock first key abilities. |
| Prime | Mid-level werewolf with balanced powers. |
| Veteran | Powerful, respected wolf with advanced abilities. |
| Apex | Ultimate werewolf rank — feared and respected across Moonwood Mill. |
Ability Points
- Earned by: transforming, hunting, exploring tunnels, fighting, mentoring pups, and general werewolf activity.
- Spent in the Ability Tree to unlock unique perks.
- Each rank unlocks more points and more abilities.

Temperaments influence how Fury builds and create unique storytelling opportunities.
Tips for Building Your Wolf
- Start with Somber Howl or Wolf Nap to manage early rampages.
- Scavenger + Enhanced Smell unlocks hidden collectibles and lore quickly.
- Alpha Wolf + Leadership is essential for pack play.
- Lone wolves benefit from Hunter + Natural Healing for independence.
- For occult crossovers, Immortal Wolf pairs well with Vampires/Spellcasters.
