A realistic painting of an Iron Age family standing outside their roundhouse in ancient Britain.

🛡️ Iron Age (800 BCE – 43 CE)

“Survive the wilds, honour the spirits, and grow your tribe.”

🏞️ Historical Context

The Iron Age in Britain was a time of scattered tribal societies, hillforts, and farming communities. People lived in roundhouses made of wattle and daub, surviving off the land through agriculture, hunting, and gathering. Warfare between tribes was common, and the druids — spiritual leaders — guided the people through seasonal changes, rituals, and important ceremonies.
