What Is It?

The Galactic Privateer aspiration, part of The Sims 4: Journey to Batuu, is perfect for Sims who prefer smuggling, swindling, and staying out of faction politics. Unlike the Resistance and First Order paths, this aspiration is neutral, focused on scoundrel life and earning Galactic Credits and it can be completed alongside other Star Wars aspirations.

  This allows for an ongoing stream of Galactic Credits a must-have for long-term Batuu play or living the rogue fantasy.

Aspiration Milestones & Tasks

Stage 1: First Steps

Task	Tips
Order a Drink at Oga’s Cantina	Head to Black Spire Outpost, visit Oga’s Cantina, and order any drink
Play 5 Rounds of Sabacc	Play Sabacc at Oga’s Cantina or the card tables in Black Spire. It doesn’t matter if you win just participate 5 times
Reach Programming Level 3	Practice Programming on a computer at home before travelling or use Batuu computers (if your Sim brought a laptop)

Stage 2: Scum and Villainy

Task	Tips
Swindle 2 Sims	Use Mischief > Swindle Credits. Success depends on Mischief skill try it on lower-level Sims
Complete 5 Missions for the Scoundrel Faction	Talk to Hondo Ohnaka at Black Spire Outpost (he’ll have the scoundrel icon over his head). Accept and complete any 5 missions
Open a Supply Crate	Found scattered across Batuu, especially in the Resistance and First Order areas. Use the Slice interaction to open them (requires Programming skill)

Stage 3: Lovable Rogue

Task	Tips
Successfully Bribe a First Order Stormtrooper	Click on a Stormtrooper, choose “Bribe for Access” or “Bribe for Info”. Must succeed higher Charisma helps
Skim Credits from 3 Control Panels	Look for computer terminals in Black Spire or First Order District. Choose “Slice > Skim Credits” (may require rank or disguise)
Successfully Cheat and Win at Sabacc	Requires higher Mischief. Use “Cheat” at a Sabacc table and win the game while cheating. Best done after gaining the Sleight of Hand trait or with practice

Stage 4: Galactic Privateer

Task	Tips
Have More Than 5,000 Galactic Credits	You’ll naturally earn credits from missions, swindling, and Sabacc. Check your funds in Batuu (Galactic Credits are tracked separately)
Explore 5 Times in the Millennium Falcon	Complete Scoundrel missions that involve flying the Falcon Hondo will offer these. You’ll get a notification each time a new flight is counted
Reach Scoundrel Reputation Rank 5	Keep completing Scoundrel missions and using Mischief-related interactions in Batuu. Check your faction rep via your Sim Profile

Extra Tips

• Combine with Hope vs Order to unlock the Resistance/First Order paths while keeping neutral
• Bring a laptop to Batuu to work on Programming
• Sabacc is easier to cheat in once you’ve completed this aspiration use that for infinite credit farming
• Scoundrel faction has the most flexible missions, ideal for repeat play!
