The Bodybuilder aspiration is perfect for Sims who want to reach peak physical fitness, live longer, and flex their way through life. It’s focused entirely on the Fitness skill, regular workouts, and achieving a maxed-out body shape.

| Work Out at a Gym Venue | Travel to any Gym lot and use equipment or take a class |
| Achieve Level 4 Fitness Skill | Use treadmills, weights, or go jogging to build Fitness skill |
| Push the Limit for 1 Hour While Energized | Exercise again after finishing a workout while Energized |
| Own 2 Pieces of Workout Equipment | Buy any two from: treadmill, weight machine, punching bag |
| Achieve Level 6 Fitness Skill | Keep exercising to raise your skill level to 6 |
| Go Jogging for 2 Total Hours | Click your Sim or phone → Go Jogging |
| Spend 10 Hours Exercising | Any physical activity counts. Mix it up with swimming, workouts, and jogging |
| Achieve Level 10 Fitness Skill | Max out the Fitness skill by staying consistent |
| Reach Sim’s Maximum Body Potential | Your Sim’s physique will automatically reach its limit once they’ve worked out enough. |
