What Is It?
This aspiration comes with The Sims 4: Snowy Escape and focuses on immersing your Sim in Mt. Komorebi’s culture and experiences. Your Sim will visit festivals, explore nature, and take part in local traditions. While it has only 3 stages instead of 4, each part includes multiple objectives — offering a richer, more immersive journey.

Stage 1: Explorer

| Eat food at the Festival of Light, Snow, or Youth | Use the calendar to check festival dates. Go to the event and buy food from stalls |
| Take a selfie with the Mt. Komorebi mascot | The mascot appears at all three festivals click on them and choose “Take Selfie” |
| Collect a Simmi by popping open a Simmi Capsule | Use the vending machines near the slopes to buy a Simmi Capsule (random collectible) |
| Swim for 1 hour in Wakaba’s river | Go to Hazakura Lounge in Wakaba and direct your Sim to swim in the river wait in swimwear until the hour passes |
Stage 2: Backpacker

| Soak for a long time in a hot spring | Visit the Onsen Lot in Yukimatsu. Shower before entering, or Sims will get negative moodlets |
| Wear a festival costume from a vending machine | During festivals, special vending machines appear. Choose “Buy and Wear Festival Outfit” 👘 |
| Go sledding 3 times | Use the bunny slope (for beginners) or regular slope in Yukimatsu both kids and adults can sled |
| Eat food using chopsticks | Click your Sim → “Preferred Utensils” → Choose Chopsticks. Then eat any meal and the task will complete |
Stage 3: Globetrotter

| Socialize at the Onsen Bathhouse | Travel to the Onsen lot and perform at least a few friendly interactions with other Sims |
| Make a wish on or collect a forest spirit | Go on a hike (select “Take a Hike” at trail signs). You may encounter glowing forest spirits. Click them to collect or make a wish (can take several tries!) |
| Take it slow and become emotionally mindful | Use “Go on a Meditative Walk” via the trail signs. Becoming emotionally mindful may take a few walks, but once achieved, it unlocks powerful emotion control benefits through the Wellness system |

- Bring multiple Sims to festivals for easier social goals
- Forest spirits appear more often at night or during light snow
- Don’t forget to dress appropriately cold weather gear for mountain zones!
