Will release on 2 October 2025, The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits introduces Gibbi Point, the new Getaway System with Custom Venues and a Getaway Planner, plus expanded childhood gameplay including Formative Moments, Childhood Sentiments, Imaginary Friends, and new outdoor activities. The pack encourages exploration, group trips, and child-centred play with a tone of discovery and light competition.

World Overview: Gibbi Point

Gibbi Point is a coastal-forest world with natural oddities and a playful small-town vibe. Each neighbourhood is anchored by a signature Getaway venue.

Wanderwood Wilds	Leafy wilderness with forest trails, erupting geysers, hidden towers, and the Camp Gibbi Gibbi kids’ camp.
Crystal Valley	Mining-town heritage, crystal formations, lagoon swimming, and the Love Highland romantic retreat.
Jellyfish Junction	Waterfront boardwalks, a bioluminescent bay, kayaking, and the Revive & Thrive fitness retreat.

Round the Fire Festival (Wanderwood Wilds), Sunrise, Sunset Festival (Crystal Valley), Fitness Fest and Glow and Flow Festival (Jellyfish Junction).

Activities and Gameplay Features

• Getaway System: Schedule multi-day trips, set itineraries, and choose activities. Three premade Getaways ship with the world, and you can build your own Custom Venues and share them to the Gallery.
• Custom Venue Rules: Elimination, Shuffle, and Modifier rules that shape challenges and social dynamics.
• Formative Moments and Childhood Sentiments: Meaningful child development beats that can influence later careers and relationships.
• Imaginary Friends: Four dolls with interchangeable personalities that bond with Child Sims.

Outdoor or Hobby Activities

• Kayaking – Paddle any swimmable water. Improves Fitness. Kids can kayak too.
• Archery – Target practice, bowfishing at fishing spots, and trick shots.
• Diving – New diving board tricks for all ages.

Career Track: Park Worker
Focus: National-park style role with field assignments. Teens can start the career but full advancement unlocks in adulthood.

Premade households include locals tied to each Getaway, such as Camp Director Nigel Chavez-Ralston and family, fitness icon Freeda Perry and her grandson Dougie, and romantic-retreat owners Jane and Star Addam. Expect returning cameo Sims and small-town drama.
