How to Start
- Join through your phone or computer.
- Pack Required: Get to Work.
- This is a single-track active career (no branches).
- At the start of each shift, choose:
- Send Alone → Rabbit hole (Sim disappears).
- Join → You actively guide your Sim’s workday at the hospital.

- Workday Tip: Follow the event goals (top left corner) to progress from bronze → silver → gold for the best work performance and faster promotions!
Running the Workday
Event Goals:
- You’ll receive rotating tasks like examining patients, running tests, and treating conditions.
- Completing more goals = better job performance + faster promotions.
- Use the workday timer to leave early or work overtime.
Diagnosing & Treating:
- Examine Sims with tasks like:
- Check Eyes
- Check Ears
- Discuss General Health
- Take Temperature
- Swab for Sample (early levels may take several tries!)
- As you rank up, unlock advanced tools:
- Body Scans
- X-Rays
- Treadmill Tests
- Once tests are done, diagnose and treat the patient!
Special Events:
- Delivering Babies (from Level 8)
- House Calls: Visit sick Sims at home and return to the hospital.
