Welcome to the 100die Fundie Baby Challenge! This challenge is played from the perspective of a religious Fundamentalist (Fundie) family. Your Sims are entirely dedicated to The Watcher and follow the literal word of The Book.
Their mission?
📜 Get an A on their Watcher Fundie report cards.
👶 Have babies… A LOT of babies! (Think 19 Kids and Counting.)
The challenge is complete when you reach 100 descendants — spanning multiple generations. Buckle in!
⚠️ Disclaimer
This is The Sims — a playful, exaggerated simulation. This challenge is not intended to reflect or mock anyone’s real religious beliefs or lifestyle. It’s simply a fun, fictional framework to explore in your game. Play kindly, sit back, and enjoy.

🏗️ Setup Guide
In this challenge, you create your own religion!
You can either follow Erin’s style or customise your world as you like.
👗 Dress Code Rules
| 👨 Male Sims | 👩 Female Sims |
|---|---|
| Must wear pants/shorts and button shirts, tucked in if possible. | Must cover as much skin as possible: old-fashioned dresses, long skirts, conservative styles. Even infants should be dressed neatly. |
Optional: Create or download family outfits using #100dieFundie on the Sims Gallery.
🏡 Social Rules
Here are the key rules Erin follows (you can adapt or add your own):
✅ Men only can have careers.
✅ Men must make most of the household income.
✅ Men handle manual labour.
✅ Women run the home, raise children, clean, cook, breastfeed, and tend animals.
✅ Females can earn money from crafts: flower arranging, gardening, canning, knitting, cross-stitching.
✅ Only men can approve marriages.
✅ Both genders can vote in eco-neighbourhood decisions, but women follow the male family head’s vote.
🛐 Making Your Religion
Think about:
- Do Sims meet weekly? Where?
- Who attends? How often?
- Do they tithe or donate earnings?
- Are certain sexualities or traits banned?
- What object represents their deity?
- What are the consequences for breaking rules?
Examples of tools you can use:
✅ Clubs (Get Together)
✅ Calendar events (Seasons)
📅 Erin’s Gameplay Example
- Sims meet every Sunday at a Baptist Church (created with Clubs).
- Weddings happen at the church.
- They worship a wall decoration (e.g., the 2 doves + book stand from Vampires pack).
🎮 Gameplay Rules
- Minimum 10 babies per generation.
- Once founders become elders, select a child to inherit the challenge.
- Use a trait randomiser (like James Turner’s) or number generator for decisions.
- Erin uses a home-schooling system via calendar events: no school, focus on skills like music, manners, gardening, cleaning, and cooking.
🏠 Build/Buy Rules
- You can start with money cheats, a gallery lot, a handmade build, or even Rags to Riches style.
- Once you have your setup, avoid future money cheats to keep the challenge fair.
- Any home style is fine — make it your own!
