Lady of the Knits Aspiration Guide

Requires: Nifty Knitting Stuff Pack

Get cosy, creative, and crafty with the Lady of the Knits aspiration perfect for Sims who love handmade fashion, giving heartfelt gifts, and starting a home business through Plopsy. Knitting unlocks adorable clothing, exclusive baby onesies, pet attire (with Cottage Living), and a few magically weird surprises

Skill Used: Knitting
Required Object: Yarn Basket (must be in Sim’s inventory)
Reward Trait: Sacred Knitting Knowledge


Knitting Tips

  • Onesies: After knitting a onesie, click on a baby and choose “Change Outfit” to dress them.
  • Sell on Plopsy: Finished knits appear in your Sim’s inventory. Click the item > List on Plopsy to sell it.
  • Multitask: Sims can knit while listening to music, watching TV, or sitting in a rocking chair.
  • Rocking Chairs: These count as armchairs and can be found in Buy Mode > Living Room > Chairs.

Knit for 5 HoursUse a Yarn Basket from Build/Buy and place it in your inventory to begin.
Start 3 Knitting Projects While InspiredYou don’t need to finish them. Use Thoughtful Showers or inspired décor to trigger the mood.
Knit on a Rocking ChairPurchase one from Build/Buy and knit while sitting. Counts even if you cancel early.

Milestone II: Thread Setter

TaskTips
Achieve Level 4 Knitting SkillJust keep knitting try a variety of items to boost skill faster.
Knit While Listening to MusicUse a stereo or white earbuds from inventory. Start music, then knit.
Sell a Knitted Object on PlopsyAfter knitting, click the item in inventory and choose List on Plopsy. You’ll get a notification when it sells.

Milestone III: Dream Weaver

Complete 10 Excellent KnittablesHigher skill = higher quality. Being Inspired also helps.
Successfully Gift 3 KnittablesFriendly > Give Gift > Friendly Gift, then choose a knittable.

Show Off Your Knitted Sweater to Another SimKnit the ugly sweater, add it to your wardrobe, wear it, then click a Sim and choose “Show Off Sweater”.
